Intention As Metaphysical Power

This is the second in a series of articles that started April 16, 2007 with the article entitled “After Trying Everything Physically Possible…”

If you’re new to the idea of applying metaphysical powers to creating profitable results in trading, a good place to start learning about this is the recent writings of Wayne Dyer. He writes about metaphysical matters without cloaking them in religious nomenclature.

One of Wayne's more recent books is entitled The Power of Intention.

Wayne says that “Intent is a force that exists in the universe. When sorcerers… beckon intent, it comes to them and sets up the path for attainment…” (at page 4 of The Power of Intention).

While Intent is ineffable, Wayne identifies seven characteristics of Intent. Paraphrasing him, the characteristics are:

1. Creative
2. Expansive
3. Abundant
4. Kind
5. Loving
6. Accepting
7. Optimistic

Wayne says the way to access metaphysical power is to adopt the seven characteristics of Intent, to behave in ways that can be described in those seven characteristics.
